At Hosting Andorra we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. This policy describes when we can refund payment for a service.
Shared web hosting services (Bronze, Silver and Gold plans) come with a 30-day guarantee from activation. If during those 30 days the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund by opening a ticket in our client area.
The following services are excluded from the guarantee period: domain registrations and renewals (including .ad and other TLDs), SSL certificates, third-party software licenses (Plesk, cPanel, etc.), migration services, custom configuration and any service provided under a tailored quote.
Virtual servers (VPS) and dedicated servers do not have a general guarantee period due to the variable provisioning cost and the customized nature of the service. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, open a ticket in the billing department indicating the service number and the reason. We will process the request within a maximum of 5 business days. Once approved, the amount will be returned via the same payment method originally used, within up to 14 days.
You can cancel the automatic renewal of a service at any time from the client area. Payments already made for ongoing periods are not refundable outside the guarantee period described in section 1.
If you disagree with the resolution applied to your case, you can escalate the request to our management team by sending a message to info@bdrinformatica.com. Any dispute shall be governed by Andorran law.
